Accounts and campaigns
Advertisers are responsible for accurate account, business, destination, and campaign information. Campaigns and creative are subject to review and may be rejected, paused, or removed for policy, legal, quality, or safety reasons.
Budgets and payment
Advertisers set campaign budgets and are responsible for valid charges accrued while campaigns run. Billing thresholds, month-end billing, refunds, and credits are reflected in the account billing history.
Acceptable advertising
Advertising must comply with applicable law and Noemic requirements. Regulated categories may have additional market, age, placement, license, or payment restrictions.
Service changes
Noemic may improve, suspend, or change platform features and policies. Advertisers may pause campaigns and stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
